Unwilling anagement

After spate of burglaries on my property and all around every night this week and promises by managers at ADT to send hourly patrols at night during this time it did not happen. Had to keep phoning and speak to different senior officer each time, including 02h00 to remind one to remind staff to patrol. Only use ADT maybe 2ce a year and always great service by patrol staff and call centre. Problem is management who seem to be quite unwilling to be proactive when obvious targeting of area by gang of burglars. Very unreliable in returning calls and communicating internally.
