Still no action after 7 Phone calls over 10 days

After installation of a new rental alarm system at the end of April (which was already 3 weeks later than the date I needed it), the technician assured me everything was done.
After he left, I realised the exit delay was not programmed. After 5 phone calls I finally get a technician on the line who was able to help me sort it out over the phone.

A few weeks later I find out, purely by accident (I accidentally triggered the alarm), that the system hasn't't even been linked to the control room!

That was about 10 days ago, and since then I have been trying to get some action out of ADT to sort it out. Every time I call they give the usual: "Sorry for the inconvenience, you are a valuable customer" rubbish,
and every time they make like it's the first time they hear about it.

Big promises are made to call me back and attend to the problem, but to date we have not seen a technician at our premises yet.
