ADT SERVICE IS REALLY BAD

We had an ADT alarm put in this year. It took 6 weeks for them to even come out and install. I begged my hubby not to use them as they have a really bad reputation. Alarm never worked properly, they keep coming out and messing it up further and we have to pay. The technicians are playing a hit and miss game here. Time to call in the competition and people who know what they are doing.
