ADT accepts bad service from their staff!!!

2 months ago I sent ADT a cancellation request, a few days later Nicole called me and advised me of the cancellation amount & then went on to ask me why we would like to cancel. I explain we expanded our house and the upgrade of the alarm system installed by ADT in 2006 would cost us to much and it would be best to cancel &change over to Chubb. She asked me to give her the oppertunity to find a solution, well this was the beginning of February and 2 weeks later I had to call her back, she aplogised & asked me to please send her the quotes ADT has given us for the upgrade, she would speak to her manager and find a solution and even gave us a free month. I waited, but 2 weeks on I still had no response from her not even an acknowledgement of the emails I sent her. I called her last week & ask to speak to her supervisor ; Rene assured me she will be dealt with and when I asked how, her response was... she will be coached & trained. So now I have Rene trying to calm me, yes a very upset me & guess what she offered me 2 free months, why I ask if all I want is for someone to solve my problem and or cancel our contract... I app was arrange for today & we wait ..
