POOR SERVICE

I am really disappointed with the service I have received from MZANZI technical department. I called there office just over a week to advise them that the DOOR & WALL SENSORS are faulty and needs to be replaced. I received a call from a representative of MZANZI who advised that someone's been to my property and they will email me a quote. This is hogwash, nobody came to my property and the guy just made up the story. I will really appreciate if someone can contact me. I wish to cancel my contract with you guys and use a more reputable security company.
