Never again

On the 31 March at 9:45 ADT left a massage on my phone informing me that my alarm had been activated I was in a meeting at that stage.
I left at 9:59 after a frantic call fron my wife's aunt, got to the house at 10:03 and still waited for ADT for another 5 to 10min .20 to 25 min!!! A whole family could be wiped out by that time, we were promised that they woul do REGULARE DRIVE BYS as the gate and front doors were smashed in and NOT SUCURE! We are still waiting for the said drive bys with the slips as promised BULL!!
It took till Tues afternoon to get the report from ADT so that I could get the insurance give us the go ahead to get our doors and gate fixed.well ADT we have reversed our payment and gone with a company that actually give a toss! A week after we removed your radio, I get a SMS pls test your alarm after a week that it had no signal you CHOPS WAKE UP! The last 354 days you had more than. 1800
Complaints WAY TO GO!! WAY TO LOSE YOUR BUSSINESS.PATHETIC!
