LACK OF RESPONSE FROM SALEMAN

The sales man came to see us regarding a quote last thurs nite and said the application would take 3 working days to approve, i phoned back 2 x after the 4th day to get feedback and the salesman couldnt even give me feed back as to why my contract had not been approved or processed. This is unacceptble as he promised the world and assured i would get good service but to be told a week later that you not sure whatsgoing on is unproffesional.
