ADT TECHNICAL TEAM HAS NO IDEA WHAT SERVICE IS!!

I have had small issues with ADT in the past, the general late response time, sending out a patrol car without phoning first (not ideal when you find somebody in your garden without notice... both sides could end up in a disasters situation, this has happened previously).

the complaint: due to lightning our alarm system failed, they promised to send out a techi the next day, didnt arrive so we phoned again and eventually they sent him that evening (9pm). the system was "fixed", however the following night the system sent alarm singles to ADT, but nothing was going of off on our side, literally every hour they would phone, we put the system off and it still sent an alarm single (no sleep of course). ADT once again promised to recitfy their poor service that day, once again nothing, so we phoned and " we can only get to you in 5 days" (so no alarm or fnec working in JHB for 5 days and I travel so the family is at risk..well done for caring ADT). So only after asking for a managers name and "insisting to complain to a higher level" did they agree to send somebody out at NIGHT again, so my Friday is going to be BABY SITTING ADT at my house!!
