I had a early warning system installed after 3pm on the 02/04/2013 and the technician advised the office is closed and the unit will be activated the next day.03/04/2013 i called in and spoke with the sales agent (Thami) who put me through to the activation department (Shamika). I was advised to drive the vehicle for 15-20 min and she will call me back to confirm the unit is working. Shamika called back and advised the unti was not working, i was put through to CS and the guy trnasfered me to DigiNet, Maggie advised she will activate and said she will call back, received call back 17:05, i checked my voicemail and Maggie advised the unti is working and gave a reference"8055583". There is no beeping sound when i press the remote. Spoke with the Shaylen (manager Diginet) he says the unit is working but the early warning faulty. Callws CS, Dumisani says Diginet did not activate and the unit is dormant, he spoke with Shaylen and advised the unit is active. Maggie called to says the unit is active i checked again and there is no beeping noise. Please sort this by end of business today or cancel and come take the unit out.
