Waiting 3 months for reimburement

Account debited with amount for replacement of battery after I had paid the amount into their banking account. Still waiting for reimbursement. was told that job would not be done unless I paid, so I did. now I am being ignored re my money back. have lodged so many queries and emails to [Email Removed] but I think its just useless. No one calls you back. they have it on their notes. Call centr agents keep takingyour number and someone will call you back but 3 months later, I am still waiting. this is pathetic service. What must I do to be heard. ask for Finance dept they tell you they in Jhb, hold, we will transfer you. I have been cut off so many times. All I want is my money back which they debited without my permission. Sick of it.
