Very bad service

My alarm system needed some repairs, namely: Siren was not working; SMS card sometimes not working; two outdoor zones continually giving false alarms.

R 790 later I have:
1) The siren speaker relocated outside, not exactly where I wanted it but OK, but still not working.
2) The two faulty zones still causing false alarms.
3) The garage PIR sensor now completely dead when it was perfect prior to the 'repairs'.
4) The 'panic' alarm activating of its own accord every other day where there was no problem prior to 'repairs'.

Attempts to get these guys back have proved futile.

If they do come back, I will give them credit and turn my complaint into a compliment. - Let's see.
