I have something that belongs to you

We had a break in nearly a month ago and used a Guard from Khuseka ADT for a week, that stopped three weeks ago however your equipment is still at my house including a two way radio, a Panic, a torch, a Transmitter unit to mention a few. i have tried in the last three weeks several times to have it collected i have spoken to numerous people that promised collection. I just phoned again and asked to speak to the regional Manager to be told i am not allowed to speak to him directly i have to work through a client liason officer. Well MR your Highness that is to important to speak to your customers, your equipment is at my property, please see this as the final reminder to this affect, i will store it in my garage and will make NO further attempt to contact any of the Royals at ADT for collection.

Your service on ground level is by the way topclass and i am very impressed with your reaction officers so i wont say i will cancel my contract because i wont I am to happy with th service, but also i dont want something that does not belong to me
