Be weary of their non-existent exchange policies

Yesterday I purchased a BB Gun for my old man since he is fond of them and thought it would make a nice gift. I got it home and after taking one look said he did not want it.

I returned there today and surprise surprise they don't do refunds. They will offer a credit note instead, and even that needs management authority less 15% - and - he's in a meeting.

Now I'm stuck with an expensive toy I'll never use. In perfect condition as taken from the store. No such thing as a 'a general right to return' applies to these people.

Word of advice: Be sure you choose carefully before purchasing something there.
