Wrong billing and now handed over to the lawyers

Hi,

i dont know what to do now. i compliant about tracker a month ago and all they did is call me and promised to fix the problem. instead they continued billing me for two cars of which one is sold already and just in a couple of days, they have handed me over to the lawyers (Norton Attorneys). Please help me i really need help Tracker is incompetent with the way they do things and i am so unhappy with them. My details are 079 746 8770. Ms Phofedi
