Incomplete Service Rendered

Matt Albrecht from Zapper Electrical has been paid in full and our electrical fence is half way incomplete, he was suppose to complete Tuesday 5 March 2013 he replied saying he is 5 mins away but did not pitch his cell phone has been off for the past week and not replying to any emails either we have been left with no choice but to lay a charge of against him until he can prove otherwise. We are not the only clients looking for him currently.
