No response and no answe

Signed an ADT contract and many phone calls later as only the sales department bothers to answer the phone and we are still not connected over a week later.. We were promised call backs that never happens and one department blames the other for not activating our contract.. Terrible service all round. Lots of hanging on the phone and generally a very bad attitude.. Terrible
