Slamming the phone in your customer's ear!!!

On 04/03/2013 I contacted ADT as we want to install an alarm system in my in-laws house. ADT booked an appointment for 11H00 on 05/03 and I received a confirmation sms with the sales consultant's details: Dawn Brian. My husband tried phoning her 6 times during that same day and I tried 4 times. The phone kept ringing and after a while said: "this number does not exist".
On 05/03 my inlaws waited fruitlessly for Dawn to pitch. I eventually got hold of her late afternoon and was told that there were no messages on her phone - of course not - you do not have the facility! Also, it is not her area, I have to contact the office, and slammed the phone in my ear!! Consultants' areas is an internal process, not the customer's problem! A curtesy call would have been nice instead of just ignoring the appointment and then referring me to the office for your bad service, why did YOU not phone them??? Then, the cherry on the cake: SLAMMING THE PHONE DOWN ON A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER! This is your level of service before I even have an agreement with you - NO THANK YOU!!! CHUBB HERE I COME
