Very unhappy custome

I have been trying to cancel my subscription with them for 2 Years!! I filled out the cancellation form which they conveniently never recieved they tell me. I have spoken to several mangers and agents and still nothing has been done. I have now recently recieved another cancelation form 6 months befor my contract exspires. it now will cost me more to cancel than to ride out the last 6 months of the contract.

I would assume a company of this size and callibre all calls would be recorded... Feel free to go back on the records to listen to my pleas to complete the simple task of cancelling this policy.

GOOD job Car Track... You have waisted approxamately R3500.00 of my hard earned money.
