I moved houses on the 01/02/2013 and ADT debited my account on the 22/02/2013 for the old house and again on the 01/03/2013 for the new house. It has been a nightmare to get ahold of there acc's department. After lodging a complaint 72 hours ago. I have heard nothing. I have also given my correct address to ADT to update and this has also not been done. If this is not resolved in this week i will be terminating with them and moving to another security company who seems to be more reliable and wants my business.
