We signed up with roal alarms 5/2 upon their reps visit to our home there was a promo were by we would get the 1st month free an only be billed in april so march would be free, well after signing up the technicians then came to our home on the 19.02.2013 to link up my existing sysytem i had installed, howver according to the technician, the rep didnt state on our contract the type of system we already had installed, hence our 1st problem due to the existing relay been faulty, we were advised they would return the next day with a new relay but they only returned on the 26.02.2013 to put a new relay, again on this day they told us some technical error about a pavee board an they cannot complete the job they would return 28.02.2013 to put a new Transformer but nobody has come till date . i have made numerous calls but all my calls wre just a futile attempt to sort out my alarm, i have been promised some one will call me back but im still waiting, an the most atrocious part is my account has already been deducted for the 1st months subsription, im paying for a service i dnt have an was advised the 1st month was free, what a load of bull they mislead clients
