Installed faulty alarm then billed me for callouts

On the 13th of May 2013 I received a text message informing me of too many alarm call outs during the month of May and a debit order of R200.64 would be made on the 1st of July 2013. I had on numerous occasions informed ADT that the reason for the call outs is malfunctioning of an external beam they installed which created false alarms. I emailed (as they were happy with SMS I was happy with email) ADT on the 8th of May (no response), the 10th of May (no response) and the 13th of May (also no response) detailing the reasons for the high callouts.

The problem of the faulty sensor was corrected by ADT in early May. On the 1st of July ADT, (as promised) deducted R200.64 from my account.

Firstly, it seems ADT has charged me for April (not May call outs) that were of their own making. Secondly, ADT seem to think it's not necessary to reply to my email queries (the one time I did phone them I was promised a call back - oh, still waiting for that too).

Finally, at the end of March 2013, ADT investigated a break-in on my premises and I was promised feedback within the week. Yes ADT, I'm still waiting...

ADT security gaurds = good, everything else = hopeless
