Bestsecure

I signed up for a 24 month contract with one Tertius at Best Secure, and from day one, they were dishonest. I signed up for something different, and he goes and debits something additional knowing well I did not apply for that package. getting a refund from them was a mission and a half, what with their non existent admin staff who are clueless as to what they are doing or what they need to do. I requested to cancel this contract, as I could never have such a company gurading my property, and was told to give a month's notice which I did as well as giving them written notice to this effect. Imagine my surprise when I get debited on the 01/03/2013, meanwhile they have removed their signal from my house, so I am paying but not covered. I had expected this of them, but I would like to say I would rather not have cover than to be covered by such a bumbling comany.
