Delivery Car BAD DRIVING

Last evening, at around 20:05, driving on bowling, going towards Kelvin drive, one of your courier cars came flying behind me, all over my bumper, so close I could see him gesturing, and began swerving, trying to overtake me, whilst there was on coming traffic and attempting to make me go faster.

You are not an emergency service with sirens, that I have to move out of the way for, therefore have to abide by the rules of the road at all times.

Should I have got a fine, would Lancet, or the that was driving the car pay for it.? I don't think so!
