Continious exptemely poor customer servivve

I have a problem printing Vehicle Log Report

When I click on the print icon it say: Ctrackonline is not responding

I took this up and the response was zero.

Should the fault be on my side, I wish to be informed accordingly

This is my second complain on not communication.
