Device and service provider pathetic

I sent through the below email through to NETSTAR on Wednesday 20th Feb 2013. But have not received a reply yet. This explains my headline statement!!!

I would like to bring to your attention once again that your system is always delayed and never shows the correct time, positioning or odometer reading since it has been installed. I would like to know exactly how this system works if my car has to get now and the time showing on the system is showing 7am? How do you then track the car to see where it is if the system is giving incorrect details. The whole point of the system surely is to show you the exact time, positioning and odometer reading of the car for you and I to monitor where it is at all times... IS IT NOT?

You have sent someone to check the system sometime ago but the system is still not up to date.

PLEASE ADVISE URGENTLY on this, as I as a customer am paying for a system that is not doing its job and a service that is not being provided!!!
