No Response on activation request

This afternoon at 14:00 I was called by a neighbour and told that there was a burglary in process at a house close by. I called ADT and asked them for a vehicle to be despatched to my house to check as I was not at home. I then rushed home only to find that ADT never pitched. I waited for 30 minutes and still there was no one there.

It is now 18:58 and up untill now there has still not been anyone from ADT at my house and did I not get any calls back from them.

What do I pay ADT for?
