Reckless, Negligent and Careless Driving

This morning, on Forest Drive in Pinelands, a silver Go Cabz Hyundai H-1 overtook a line of cars, straddling a solid white line, on a bend, proceeded down a turning only lane and then pushed in at the front of the queue.
The driver displayed disregard for oncoming traffic, rules of the road and other road users who waited in line in the straight lane.
Everyone has been in a rush once in their life, but this does not warrant breaking the rules of the road.
