Vusi Ngwenya refuses to cancell contract

As per my previous complaint abotu ADT not rpoviding the service agreen on, I received a call from a Miss Padayachy who called to apologise and to req me to give them the last chance to rectify their error, offwhich I did not agree, I chose to terminate my contract with them. A day later I received an e-mail from vusi Ngwenya which informed me that he cannot terminate the contract. I repplied to hime and refered him to the consumer protection act, and I have never heared from him again till today...
