They did not even know my car was broken into

Tried to my car 5 days ago. I interrupted them and they ran away but they damaged my engine and ripped out my ignition and they broke my lock on the driver's side. I phoned my insurance and they towed my car away. Then I had to phone this useless company and tell them that my car has been broken into and is now towed away. Why am I paying so much for a system that did not help me at all? If they notified me that someone is fiddling with my lock and has ripped out my ignition I could have stopped them before they did so much damage. They are useless!!!
Now cartrack tells me when my car is fixed by my insurance I must bring it in so they can test the system. They did not know the system is faulty but every month they send me smses saying that the unit is working. So only if the car is that's when they find out their units are broken. Don't get this you will be sorry you will have to phone them to tell them that someone broke into your car and its.
