Incorrctly palcing ppl on ITV

I have not been with ADT for years, the last year I have been living in Johannesburg, and prior to that I was with Blue security. I have not received any accounts or calls from ADT. Except for now where some very unproffessional ppl have contacted me threatening to take legal action, I told them that I dont have any outstanding amount with ADT. They said its my job to run after ADT and now Ive received an sms that they are applying for judgement. How can this be allowed in this country, you land up on ITC, whether you owe that amount or not. That is ridiculous and I would advise anyone no to ever deal with ADT as they are unproffesional in every way
