ADT have left my alarm panel useless to me

I had an existing alarm when I subscribed to ADT at which time, I gave them my installer code. Some time later, I needed to change a parameter to allow one of the user codes to have permission to bypass certain zones but noticed that I was unable to do this as ADT had changed my installer code without my consent. I contacted them some months ago and kept getting the run around. Eventually I seemed to get some progress with Crystal Stevens but after numerous calls, she too made no progress in getting me my installer code. I was then advised to send an email to [Email Removed] which I did in April this year. I got a call from ADT after the mail informing me that someone will be contacting me but no luck then. I have since cancelled my subscription with ADT and still trying to get my installer code out of them.
After my initial post, ADT sent someone to access my alarm panel but he asked ME for the code which I do not have. ADT changed it and now my alarm panel is useless.
