They have refused to send grade D and C

May i went to hayzview at white horse to train for grade ED & C then when i check my grades only E appeared so psira have send me this message

Good day, Kindly be advised that the Grades captured on our system is E, Grade DC are pending, please ask your training centre to rectify it.

When i went there they have refuse to send and tell me that i must wait till all the grades appear. I have wait for full 4 months please help
