Did not track the vehicle

I had altech netstar in my car since 2014, they had the highest premium still i paid them by debit orders, on 10 dec 2017 my car was stolen in front of my eyes i called altech netstar immeadiately, they said they have sent 3 choppers and the choppers have located the car, only to find out it was a lie and the call center agent was rude and after half an hour he said do u have insurance for the car we have bad news, why must we pay altech netstar if they cant track the vehicle
