PATHETIC SERVICE

Now I've had it with ADT. They are pathetic. I need someone senior to make very urgently contact with me - and not a supervisor, because it seems like none of you can solve the problem. It is almost one month later and still the job isnt done. We are not happy at all. The control room changed our password, our house was damaged during the alarm installation and now they send a technician to prepare the outside wall... CRAZY. He is not a builder!!! I can go on and on and on... This is absolutely unacceptable. I am going to the newspapers about this pathetic service. What a joke!
