Excellent service, awesome rep

On 10 January I logged a Request to Quote online with both Trellidor and Maxidor. I received a phonecall from Maxidor Service Centre within 2 hours. Within the next hour, I received a call from their representative, Walter Mofokeng. He booked a site visit with me for 5.30pm the same day. Walter arrived at my house on a Friday evening, friendly, competent and professional. He did all the measurements, explained their processes and procedures and gave me a quote (very expensive, but quality usualy is). Because of this young man's enthusiasm about his job and the obvious pride he showed in his company, I placed my order with on the spot. My gates were installed within the next week by an equally competant service team. Good service is so rare in this country that one can't help but appreciate it when it crosses your path. Needless to say that I have yet to receive a sinvle response from Trellidor!! Thank you Walter, you are a star!
