Incorrect debit order and handed over to legal!!!

I took out an early warning system with these people in september. to date they have debited me incorrectly and my unit isnt working! they then tell me i cannot test the unit because i have been handed over to their legal team. i am 8 and a half months pregnant and i cannot deal with this stress. they are never available and no one can help with any query!!! i am seriously considering cancelling this service as it seems i will be another statistic complaining about the same thing as everyone else!!!
