Reckless driving putting lives at serious risk

I wish I had a dashboard camera to have captured this drivers reckless driving yesterday afternoon at about 17:30.

There was an accident on the N1 heading to John drive Centruion. We took the Botha avenue off ramp due to traffic and turned right into Alexander.

Basically what happened is that there are 2 lanes turning out of Botha into Alexander at the Robot.
The vehicle was on the left hand side in the turning lane about 6 car lengths from the robot.
As the light turned red the vehicle pulled off passing all the vehicles in both lanes wanting to turn and as I thought it was going to carry on straight over the red light on Botha decided to turned across both lanes from the third lane with tyres screaming while cornering into Alexander.
Fortunately no accident occurred as the other road users had to stop and give way where they had the right of way and I do not know how he could ever manage to see any oncoming traffic at that speed and angle.

As I eventually got next to the driver I mentioned that I will be reporting him and got a thumbs up. I can't express how frustrating this was with this reckless behavior of your drive
