ALTECH CHANGES DEBIT ORDER AMOUNT WITH NO COMM.!

My debit order amount increased with no form of communication to me, further more i have tried on countless occassions to try and get hold of Altech and all they do is put you on hold for excessive periods until you drop the call, i want to know why my premium has increased and why Altech does not inform clients about price increases, time for Tracker i think, leader in vehicle tracking? clearly not, if you cannot offer proper customer service, HIGHLY DISGUSTED!!!
