I received a call from altech that they are getting an alarm from my car, I called my dad to check if the car was still around, then when I called altech so that they could track my car I had to hold for 30 minutes waiting for a consultant to answer my call, this is not what I signed up for, I need a reason why should we hold for such a long time to get help.
