Quick to blacklist but no interest to solve issues

I wrote a previous complaint about ADT and ITC Business Administrators. I was informed by ITC Bus Admin that my account has been handed back to ADT. When contacting ADT I was informed that my account has now been handed over to GBM Attorneys. When I phoned GBM they could not find my name or ID number on their system and rudely told me to go back to ADT. Its sad to see how companies treat clients, yes its a bad account, but receiving bad attitude when you are trying to rectify an issue is truly shocking. If I did not lose my job, I would not be in this position. But now that I want to fix this issue, no one is interested. ADT was quick to blacklist me, but has no interest whatsoever to assist in resolving this matter. When government points out the bad credit rating of the country, they should include how unhelpful creditors are in assisting debtors in settling outstanding accounts.
