Disclosure to Clients

Good day

I have called MBD after being handed over by Cell C to find out about the reason for being handed over and the consultant could not provide a statement or proof from cell c. after getting no joy from MBD I decided to settle the account and fight the battle later. I paid the account and 2 days later get a call back stating that I am owing a further R66.12 because I did not freeze the account and make arrangements to settle the account. That is extremely unfair as not one of the consultants informed me of the process of settling an account. Not even the account breakdown discloses that I need to make arrangements before settling.
MBD attorneys are a rip-off and they do not disclose these details to clients to rip them off as I was ripped off. I wish to see that they are taken to task for not disclosing this information to me and further charging me.
