Mix Telematics Africa (Matrix Vehicle Tracking)
Cant cancel Debit orde

I have tried to cancel the debit order 4 times with no success, I sold the car that the unit was installed in and asked matrix to stop the service. Every time i speak to someone the tell me that they have no record of my previous calls or requests to cancel. I now have to close my bank account.
