Call Center Not Answering my calls

What should one do to get hold of the call center agent?! I have been put oh hold for more than 10 minutes. I have tried many times now without success, for three days in a row!!! Just bought a new car, and i thought as a existing customer I would use Altech service on this!! Would someone please call me!!!
