On Tuesday 17/12/2013 at 08:55 I phoned Netstar to arrange that the Netstar Supreme unit be removed from my vehicle a 2013 Jaguar XF and fitted to the new vehicle I was purchasing a M/Benz E200. I waited for ages and finally got hold of a customer service and was then transferred to a different person who took the details and promised to call me back within the next 10 minutes. At 12:35 I still had not received a call back and then again after ages of waiting got hold of someone in the customer center and arranged to have the existing contract terminated. If Netstar had at least responded to my call I would have been prepared to use them again but the call center is pathetic as you wait for ages without any response from them. Very disappointed as I have been a Netstar customer for at least 20 years. HG White
