Incompetent Accounts dept and no customer service

I've been a loyal paying customer since 2005, paying via debit order.
1. Ive been reporting that my vehicle cannot be tracked / located since 2010. Nothing has changed or been rectified. No 1 ever gets back to u. I eventually gave up and left it.
2. Oct 2013 Netstar contacted me saying that my account was in arrears? I said it was impossible as it comes off via debit order. I gave them my cr card details via phone 2 rectify my account & debit it to my cr card. After numerous emails which never got answered or sorted out, I eventually emailed their accounts department and terminated my account with immediate effect. I received an email confirmation on 25th Nov 2013, saying that I needed to settle the account of R930, 1st with interest and penalties? Then I got an email on 11th Dec from VVM debt collectors that I had to pay R1100 immediately? VVM phoned me in Jan '14 saying I needed to pay R1200? I told them, they needed to contact their client 2 sort out my account & give me a settlement amount without interest & penalties. Every time VVM phones me asking for money, they have no recollection of the previous conversations concerning a settlement amount Both companies are incompetent
