BAD ASSISTANCE, NEGLEGENTS AND INCONSIDERATION

RCS for Game store is incompetent, inconsiderate and not fair. Its should not my problem as a customer if the call centre agent forgot to make a note of a settlement amount that I requested on the 28/11/2013, worst of all even today when called to resolve the matter no one cared or tried to rectify it. I am expected to make Extra R300 over 1 month which is considered to be interest on a clean account, this interest is even higher than the one I was paying before settling the account. When I called the call centre I strictly clarified that I want the settle amount not the remaining balance< I paid R 2927.93 (Plus R277.17 debit order) which is extra by R300 from what I owned and I had to rush to make payment the same day before the settlement fee change, South-gate Game even that was a settlement fee and asked me if a want to cancel the account or eventually it will cancel itself off after 6 months not used, Now Am told I have to pay again R 300 as my settle amount, This is ridiculous Its as if they store doesn't want me to settle my debts, I work hard for my money and I don't even earn that much to just through away money, I just want my account settled and cancelled this is not
