After cancellation – Debit Orde

The customer service of ADT is absolutely shocking!!! We have cancelled our contract and again a debit order went through. Now the trick is to get hold of some one that can assist you. I have been on the phone for almost an hour, holding on, spoken to 6 different people, none who can assist you, they keep on transferring me plus I got cut off at least 3 times. You actually can't complain about the service because there is none!
