Chubb
R500 and less response calls since we started?

Just got charged around R500 by Chubb for the last month? Why? We actually have someone at home during the day for the last 2 months. So the alarm has not been activated during the day. Therefore the alarm has not been tripped during the day, and armed response was not needed, How can we be charged more then?
