I am incensed at your night shift team, it's 23:00 on the evening of the 7th January. My alarm was activated a short while ago and upon receiving a call from your night sasked for my password. There have been quite a few instances in the not too distant past where friends and neighbors alike have experienced the same unacceptable levels of service from your staff- is the password request not standard protocol? Is it not a key element on these calls, how then can you tolerate staff who do not follow standard protocol and ultimately do not obey the rules and regulations that underpin your value offering to customers.

I reside in Athlone, Pietermaritzburg and I will soon be moving over to your competition and I will take my entire council membership with me too. I will also endeavor to highlight to all and sundry your deficiencies as a security company and where I can will publicize this and other events experienced by members of my council as well.

What's more- I am fully within my rights to terminate my contract with you with no notice because you have in essence broken the terms and conditions of this agreement/ contract by your own dereliction.
