Worst service eve

Installed satellite tracker. Tracker failed 3 times during 5 years. No offer to replace. Eventually decided to cancel contract. 5 emails to customer service, zero responses. Finally called call centre, held for 17 minutes. Cancelled contract and asked to feedback to retentions dept. Was advised I would have to "hold on a long time" to speak to retentions. After 6 years of subscription I am amazed that this company isn't out of business. STAY AWAY.
